BODY mind power
Simmply Active exists to make fitness accessible, dignified, and sustainable for everyone.
We are a community-first gym providing free and fairly priced access to high-quality fitness facilities, removing the financial and practical barriers that stop many people from prioritising their physical and mental wellbeing.
For too many people, traditional gyms are out of reach — not because of motivation, but because of cost, confidence, or lack of support. That can lead to declining health, increased stress, and isolation. We believe it doesn’t have to be that way.
At Simmply Active, everyone trains in the same space, with the same equipment and the same opportunities. Pricing is adjusted to make access fair — not different.
Alongside high-quality training spaces, we provide wellbeing support, coaching, and practical resources so people can feel confident walking through the door and supported once they’re inside.
Our mission is simple:
to make fitness a right, not a privilege, and to build stronger, healthier communities through movement, support, and connection.
